I know, it’s December 31 and I’m just getting out the sixth installment of Roost’s 50 Real Estate People You Should Follow on Twitter. It has been a little hectic but I swear I will be better in 2010. It’s one of my resolutions. If you’ve never seen one of our Twitter lists before, follow our friendly advice and click the July List, August List, September List, October List and November List first because you will have easy access to 250 real estate industry people that are just great follows on Twitter. These lists will come in very handy if you are heading off to REBarCampNY 2010 and Inman Connect New York in a couple of weeks as it will provide you with some of the people you should make a point of meeting face-to-face.
In our fifth installment of “50 Featured” we are highlighting a person that has put the “FUN” back into Twitter in Amanda Wernick AKA @FunomenalRealtr.

“50 Featured” for December 2009 – Amanda Wernick AKA @FunomenalRealtr
What more can you say about Amanda other than she is just a fun person (hence the unique Twitter name). But there is so much more to say as she brings a shot of positive energy and smarts to the table and is appreciated by many good 
folks on Twitter, including me.
Amanda has been a REALTOR® since 2002 but has expanded her knowledge and expertise over the last seven years. Today she adds to her busy schedule as a real estate professional with the role of Director of Social Media at Seven Gables Real Estate and she is also a certified Quantum Home Tour Trainer for Park City, UT based Quantum Management Systems.
If you have never had the opportunity to interact with the smart and funny Amanda yourself, start following her on Twitter and I know you won’t regret it. And jump on the chance if you ever get to meet her face to face (just look how happy I am in the photo).
