Major Economist Touts Turnaround in San Diego, CA Real Estate Market

A major economist is optimistic about the San Diego housing market.  National Association of Realtors (NAR) Chief Economist Lawrence Yun is optimistic that the local San Diego housing market is turning around.  He attributes this to a federal tax incentive and a leveling local housing inventory.

10-Unit Condo Project in San Diego is Sold by Bank

A forward thinking green condo project that was launched back in August 2005 has finally been sold by East West Bank, the bank that foreclosed on the project in February. Private investors acquired the 10-unit apartment building that is located near Balboa Park at 2234 Brant St. for $1.3 million, or $130,000 per unit.
