The Roost team is excited to announce a couple of significant product enhancements today.

1. The Roost Social Real Estate Toolkit can now be used in any US city! Yes you heard it right, any US city. After the initial launch of our ground-breaking product back in March, we heard from literally thousands of agents from across the nation asking us to add their city so they could use our product. We listened and, starting today, if you cover a city as large as New York, NY, or one as small as Onyx, CA, you can add our Social Real Estate Toolkit to your Personal Profile or Facebook Business Page. 2. You can now feature your own real estate listings on you Personal Profile or Facebook Business Page. To bring additional customization to your Roost Social Real Estate Toolkit, the Roost Team has provided the ability to upload your own listings.

Users can showcase up to four listings and can flag them as four different categories:

~ New
~ Pending Contract
~ Sold
~ Open House

Other pertinent information that can share about the listings include:

~ Address
~ City/State
~ Listing/Sold Price
~ Beds
~ Baths
~ Approximate Square Footage
~ Short Description

You can also feature a photo of the home or other striking feature (such as view) to showcase your fabulous property.
