Alexan Carlyle Apartments is hosting a Wine Pairing and Open House to introduce prospective residents to the property.  The intent is to provide first-hand experience of the modern living afforded by the property.  The event will be held at the Alexan Carlyle complex located at 800 John Carlyle Street on Thursday, October 1, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served while learning about the new five-story, 280-unit community starting at $1,283.  Different floor plans and a variety or combination of unit styles are available.

Located in the Carlyle neighborhood, the complex is within walking distance of the King Street and Eisenhower Metro stations, Joe Thiesmann’s, Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, the AMC Hoffman Center and major employers like U.S. Patent & Trademark.

Members of the Alexan Carlyle staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide information regarding the new complex.  Drawings will be held and guests will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes.  Current residents of the complex will be present to share their experiences living in the community.

Kettler Management is hosting the occasion in the complex’s Lobby and Zone, the building’s commons/Internet café area furnished with high-def TVs, PC and Mac workstations and panoramic skyline views.  Everyone is welcome and no reservations are required.  The event is free to attend.
