So last month we put out the first installment of Roost’s 50 Real Estate People You Should Follow on Twitter. Start by checking out that list because it has some absolutely incredible people that you should be following. For the month of August, we didn’t skimp one bit on the 50. I know this month’s installment is a little late but I was at REBarCamp San Francisco and Inman Connect last week and I knew I would be meeting some new interesting people to add to this latest list.
I also wanted to point out that we’ve added a new piece to this monthly list called the “50 Featured.” We will be highlighting one of the members of each month’s list and provide a little more background. This month’s “50 Featured” is the remarkable Mariana Wagner AKA @mizzle.

Marianna is just fun! There is no other way to put it. Fun online. Fun in person. As you can see on her Twitter page she sums it up with three simple words: Live. Love. Laugh. But the magic doesn’t stop there. Marianna is super smart too!

r husband Derek (what a great name) are the creators and owners of the Wagner iTeam at Keller Williams Hope Realty which they started on 9/11/01. They have a huge love of family and spend lots of time with their two sons. This is why real estate fits their lifestyle so well. Plus they are pretty darn good at what they do.
I had the pleasure of meeting Marianna at REBlogWorld last year and she is everything that is advertised. Over the last year, I’ve had the opportunity to interact and get to know her even more and I can honestly say she is a “must follow” on Twitter.
