Fort Worth, TX – Where the West Begins!

Fort Worth’s motto comes from a moment in history between army officials and Native American tribal chiefs. A treaty line was determined whereby the Native Americans agreed to not cross over a line traced through the future site of Forth Worth. The line of demarcation marks “Where the West Begins.”
