Never a company to stay still very long, Roost.com has announced several new locations that are now included as part of the Roost IDX platform. The new additions include:
- West Chester County in New York
- Putnam County in New York
- Long Island, New York
- The State of Connecticut
- The Charlotte, North Carolina Metro Region
- The Research Triangle Metro Region, which includes:
- The Piedmont Triad Metro Region, which includes:
- The Richmond, Virginia Metro Region
- The Louisville, Kentucky Metro Region
- The Lexington, Kentucky Metro Region
- The Tucson, Arizona Metro Region
Included with these exciting new regions that Roost will now cover are some of the new and existing brokers that will be utilizing the Roost marketing platform.
Zip Realty, who has been part of the Roost family for almost a year now, will be expanding their Roost footprint by being one of the brokers covering West Chester & Putnam Counties as well as Long Island and Connecticut.
One of the newer brokers joining the Roost platform is Coldwell Banker Howard, Perry & Walston. Coldwell Banker HPW, one of the largest brokers on the East Coast with 12 offices and more than 650 agents, will be one of the brokers covering the Research Triangle Metro which includes Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
Another new broker on the Roost platform is Long Realty, which will be one of the highlighted brokers covering the Tucson, AZ Metro. Long Realty is one of the oldest real estate brokerages in the country having set up shop in 1926.
Speaking of long established brokerages, Roost is also proud to welcome Virginia Realty & Relocation to the platform as they will be one of the highlighted brokers covering the Richmond, VA Metro. Virginia Realty & Relocation is one of the oldest real estate brokerages in the state of Virginia opening its doors for business in 1949.
