Warren was identified as one of the cities for the Cool Cities Neighborhoods in Progress Initiative.  This initiative provides state dollars that go toward revitalizing strategically targeted areas of the city, which includes much of downtown Warren.  The expected results are to retain the existing census, attract foot traffic and business, to create jobs and to generate growth.  To use the political term of the day, this all is done in order to stimulate the economy of Warren.  Massive development has been ongoing in this city and much more is on the horizon.  You won’t want to miss the evolution and expansion of Warren, Michigan.  It’s an exciting time of transition for this city.

All of that and the weather is great, too!  The high in the summer is 83.5 degrees, the low in the winter is 18.8 degrees, and the air quality is higher-than-average at 89.9%.  Good temperatures and great air quality — the ingredients conducive for a healthy environment and atmosphere.  What better place from which to commute to work, either by bicycle or car, with the average commute by car at only 26 minutes.  And, what better place to live or raise a family.
