A little more than a month ago, Roost launched property detail pages with a few select broker partners. We wanted to test the effectiveness of these pages so instead of the usual deep link to a broker’s property detail page from the search results page on Roost, consumers were directed to a property landing page on the Roost platform which has the broker partners branding and a strong call to action. The property detail pages were a solution to provide the consumer with a seamless property search interface, coupled with a lead capture system that would send qualified leads to brokers on the Roost platform.
Well we have collected and reviewed all the details and frankly we were blown away by some of the results. One of our broker partners in California has seen more than 6X the amount of monthly leads generated since they decided to test the Roost detail pages. In a little more than a month, they have received more leads from Roost than were generated in the previous six months combined!
And these are not just your run of the mill leads. A big chunk of the leads are “schedule a showing” leads which we all know are some of the best leads out there. In fact, we have another broker partner in the Midwest who received more than 67% “schedule a showing” leads out of the total leads while testing the detail pages. Those are leads that want to view property immediately.
So what does this all mean? Well our broker partners have known all along that the Roost platform attract high-quality visitors. Now we have coupled that quality traffic with a terrific user interface to produce high-quality leads that brokers can act on immediately.
