Roost.com has data on 97% of all foreclosed properties on the market!

Obviously foreclosures have garnered a lion’s share of the real estate news over the last year. Many websites have popped up almost overnight touting the completeness of their foreclosure data but most sites only show a fraction of the properties available. Just like with our resale data, where we bring the most comprehensive data set because of our access to local MLS information, Roost has aligned itself with First American CoreLogic, a member of The First American Corporation to provide ~97% of the available foreclosures available. This includes Actions, Bank Owned (REO) and Default Listings.

Below are some of the cities that have the largest amount of foreclosures nationally.  If you do a comparison between Roost and some of the other foreclosure data websites out there, you will see how many more listings we actually have. This is due to the fact that Roost has partnered with First American CoreLogic and is not just licensing the data, which does not provide the full data set available.

Miami, FL:

Roost (35,931 Listings) http://www.roost.com/foreclosures/Miami,FL/?uuid=20596dac-fe3e-424d-ade7-8446631458c9&source=REDIR

Las Vegas, NV:

Roost (36,386 Listings) http://www.roost.com/foreclosures/Las-Vegas,NV/?uuid=20596dac-fe3e-424d-ade7-8446631458c9&source=REDIR

Phoenix, AZ:

Roost (22,610 Listings) http://www.roost.com/foreclosures/Phoenix,AZ/?uuid=20596dac-fe3e-424d-ade7-8446631458c9&source=REDIR

Detroit, MI:

Roost (24,454 Listings) http://www.roost.com/foreclosures/Detroit,MI/?uuid=20596dac-fe3e-424d-ade7-8446631458c9&source=REDIR

Now our system is linked to our available MLS data so if you put in your city on the home page and it comes back with not results, don’t fear, those pesky little foreclosures are still in there. Just go to http://www.roost.com/foreclosures/San-Francisco,CA/ and change San Francisco to any city in the US and you will see the foreclosures you are looking for.

So if you are searching for foreclosures and want to make sure you are seeing the best data possible, look no further than the most comprehensive real estate search site Roost.com.
