I highly recommend not having forcing registration.</description>

<p>Since Redfin was able to <a href="http://blog.redfin.com/blog/2008/10/new_website_new_boston_mls_rules_unleash_the_hounds.html" rel="nofollow">drop our registration wall for Boston listings</a> (Boston was our only market with forced registration) Boston traffic has been growing at a double digit pace week or week when previously it was flat. </p>
<p>I highly recommend not having forcing registration.</p>

		<description>Ricardo, I think forced registration in the age of information is not something I would endorse. I think if you provide valuable and comprehensive information coupled with a great user interface, the consumers will come back to use you until they are ready to move on a home.</description>
