You cant beat online marketing for it's afforable instant accessibility to all things. My specialty is marketing and consumer behavior and as manager and mentor to countless agents in Los Angeles over my 25 yr career, I think another point to consider is the "too much of a good thing" that leads to analysis paralysis in both consumers and agents. Online marketing is meant to be a tool for agents yet agents sometimes become "consumed in data, tracking hits, etc" and forget how to interact with their clients, maintain client relationships and nuture their client bases. It still remains that marketing is a science and PR is an art and one is not substitution for the other. Bottom line is "Did they call you?"
