Wanted to let you all know that we made some enhancements to Roost.com. We launched a bunch of cool new features:

1. Type ahead. As users begin to type in the city they’re searching for we recommend cities that match the what they’re typing. This speeds up the search process, helps with spelling errors and notes the number of listings in each city.

2. Virtual tours. If a virtual tour exists in the MLS in an area we cover you’ll find it on Roost.

3. Personlization. All filters on Roost can be minimized or moved around to enable our users to customize their work space.

4. Map view improvements. Now Roost users can filter by school district or neighborhood and view the boundaries right on the map.

5. Alerts! Alerts on Roost are the killer app! Because Roost updates MLS listings multiple times each day. Users can create a search, save it and opt-in to daily or weekly email alerts to be sure they know as soon as a new listing hits the market.
