  • Sarasota
Where is Sarasota, FL? and the luxury market of the Southwest of Florida? This is probably one of the most active markets you will find in FL. Need to include it.
  • There is an MLS board in Sarasota that we have already begun talking to. I wouldn't be surprised if Sarasota is online in a couple of months.
  • The problem with Florida is that the MLSs are broken up, you need to join each board. They really need one MLS for the entire state. I think Sarasota and Bradenton which are adjacent cities are two separate MLSs so you need to pay and join two boards. This makes no sense.
