The Roost search experience has been called “tight”, “wonderful” and “intuitive”, but we’re never happy to leave well-enough alone. Today we introduce Links On Demand – offering the same great functionality of our core property actions: View photos, View on map, Email this listing, or Add my notes, but you see the links only when you’re ready to use them. With Links On Demand, your search results are displayed stripped of clutter, so you can browse them efficiently. When a listing strikes you, simply bring your mouse pointer over that listing and all the same features become available to you just as before!

Additionally, the beloved sliders have been improved in two ways. First, you can now define upper limits for Beds, Baths, and Square Feet (where available), giving you complete control over your search results. Second, the price slider now defines its price range based on the town and state of your search, offering even finer control of your results.
