We’ve also heard from our broker partners that these well-informed customers are that much closer to making a purchase decision (stay tuned for more details on some early success stories).

We’ve also been getting lots of questions from brokers interested in joining the Roost network. Understandably, one of the questions we hear most often is “how much does it cost to join the Roost network?”
Here’s the scoop…our partners pay a low flat rate for each customer that clicks through to their core company website. They prefer to pay for actual traffic as opposed to paying for a number of impressions on another site or leads generated somewhere else. And since we are a vertical search engine specializing in homes for sale, we are introducing you to real home seekers not random eyeballs. The traffic from Roost is geo-targeted to homes in locations where our broker partners serve as local specialists and the cost of those clicks varies by market. This model ensures that any type of broker, large or small can get exposure on the platform for their IDX site – and most importantly, at a budget level that works for them.
As you might have heard, the number of available partnerships is proportional to the number of qualified home seekers searching our site by region. We do this to ensure that each of our partners receives the exposure they want. We sincerely apologize if your area is fully booked, but we will contact you in chronological order as we are able to accommodate additional partners.
Also, the Roost platform is not available to individual agents yet. We’ve had a lot of requests for this design and are working hard on making that available. Bear with us! We’re just getting started.
